- 660g Skin on bone-in thighs (raw)
- 20g taco seasoning
- 1g sugar
Toss thighs in seasoning in a large bowl until evenly covered.
Arrange skin-side up in a foil lined baking tray.
Dab off excess moisture with paper towel.
Place in cold oven and turn temperature to 375 F.
Bake for 55 minutes or until skins are completely crispy.
Reserve pan drippings for sauces.
